BEHIND THE RESULT
Dhinidhi Desinghu competed in the women’s 200-metre freestyle at the Paris Olympics on 28 July 2024. World Aquatics reported a time of 2:06.96 and 23rd place among 31 swimmers. She was 14. This was an Olympic appearance, not an Olympic medal.
The governing body’s feature described earlier experience at the Asian Games, the 2024 World Championships in Doha and seven gold medals at India’s 2023 National Games.
